This
semester, I had been participated as committee member in a project which is
"Project Unity 6in1" organized by Bureau facilities and services
student leadership and development committee, SME Bank Residential Hall, Universiti
Utara Malaysia.
Before
the event, all of the committee members have to promote the event to others and
each committee member have to find at least 25participants to join the event.
There are few game counters will be run during the event such as plum art, Chinese
calligraphy, egg hunting “play with letters”, Sudoku “Fun for the brain”, math
and logic games and word-search. There will be three winners of each game will
be entitled with prizes and gifts.
On the event day, we helped to arrange the tables and chairs neatly in Kachi Hall so that the event can run smoothly at night. We also helped to carry all the goodies bags and certificates from SME Bank Residential Hall to Kachi Hall at Bukit Kachi.
On the event day, I am in charged
for registration counter, with the duties of taking the attendance of all the
participants.

We have got a great support and response from many participants. There are estimated 5000 participants in this event. *clap *clap

Through the event, I
have gain a lot of knowledge and experience by joining this event.
Besides that, I have made many new friends which came from different
states participate in this event. I had also realised that teamwork is
very important to run an event. In fact, my self confidence is improved as we have to try our best to find as more participants as possible to join the event. I have
knocked from one door to one door to promote the event. As I have get phlegmatic treat from some people and some are so nice treat when I promote to them. I have learn many lessons through this.
